Skills include face to face and telephone customer service, copy and audio typing, bookkeeping (income/expenditure), Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, filing, diary management, data entry.  With expertise in organising international and local travel, including preparation of itineraries, booking intricate flight schedules, trains, car hire, arranging visas etc., nothing is too complicated.  We can also set up events or meetings, locally or across many different time zones. French and German also spoken to an advanced level.
