A fantastic professional service.  We travel outside of the UK on a regular basis to areas where there is a significant time change. We engaged Victorious Admin Support and this made our last trip much easier for us.  We were looking for someone who could answer our phone, take as many details from the customer as possible as to what they required and then email us the information whilst we were away. Vicki offered us this service over a 4 week period which was done very professionally. Depending on what the customer wanted, either we called them back or Vicki did. Victorious Admin Support is very cost effective and this plays an important part in this service especially with mobile charges you get when abroad nowadays.

Vicki has worked in a supporting role to both Directors handling the administration for a few important tasks.  The first was to process new business promptly and accurately.  She was quick to grasp the role and worked well under pressure as we require a quick turnaround to give our clients the best service.  She also dealt with data entry on key Management Information reports, such as P&L and Budget v Expenditure spreadsheets, which enables us to track business costs.  It is obviously crucial this is done correctly for us to monitor the profitability and growth of our business and Vicki’s work was excellent.  We have also engaged her to help with some database work which, again, was delivered promptly and efficiently.  I would not hesitate to engage her services again

Vicki Hazledine worked for me as my Executive Assistant for six years where I was the Head of M&A at an international investment bank.
