Vicki has worked in a supporting role to both Directors handling the administration for a few important tasks. The first was to process new business promptly and accurately. She was quick to grasp the role and worked well under pressure as we require a quick turnaround to give our clients the best service. She also dealt with data entry on key Management Information reports, such as P&L and Budget v Expenditure spreadsheets, which enables us to track business costs. It is obviously crucial this is done correctly for us to monitor the profitability and growth of our business and Vicki’s work was excellent. We have also engaged her to help with some database work which, again, was delivered promptly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to engage her services again
